Our core team is small. Small enough that you’ll know everyone by the end of our first project together…
There’s Connor, who will most likely be the first person you talk to and your main point of contact. Connor handles all of the business side of things and helps produce the projects. He’s normally on shoot to assist with production and ensure everything is running smoothly.
Then there’s Eric, who is our Director and DP. A lot of the time you’ll meet Eric before the shoot, during the planning process. Once he understands the vision, he works wonders behind the camera. He’s also known to work in post production and help bring the project across the finish line.
We then have Nick K, who is our Lead Editor and Second DP. Nick will be there during the shoot day and will be heading post production. Not only is his creative eye always working during production but he really knows how to bring a story together in post.
And last but not least, there’s Nic T. Nic is the unsung hero and handles most of the backend stuff here at VATIV. He is essential in keeping us going from an organizational stand point and is always willing to wear any hat that is needed of him.
And that’s it! We have a network of other producers, filmers and editors that we hire when the job calls for it, but at the core, it’s us four. We do it this way because it keeps things simple and streamlined.
